looks like it might be awhile before I update this site again. I'm shipping out
for the Marine Corps on August 25, so we'll see what happens. may 22

I've been working hard on the Tim page lately because I'm trying to get it listed on Yahoo. Check out
Tim in the media, where I'm collecting articles and interviews, especially Audioslave-era ones. january 15

cleaned up some tabs, made a few slight adjustments. Yes, I'm still here, I just haven't been able to update much
because I have to work at school now, instead of just dicking around on the internet. december 11

Yet another tab! Check out The Ghost of Tom Joad in the Tim page. october 3

random bitchings - September 20
ya know, I read alot of tabs. I have a stack of printer-paper next to my bass thats just covered with tabs I printed off the school computer. Whenever I read a new tab, I'm annoyed at how hard it is to read, considering that it's probably the easiest format for music ever. I hate it when someone tabs a song out, and then feels the need to put in a bunch of stylistic markings, such as symbols for the length of the note. Like we can't fucking figure that out ourselves! Duh, we have the CD; we're listening to the CD as we're playing along... we don't need this excessive bullshit. This is especially prevalent with Metallica, and I understand it's because thier bass is really complex and musically accomplished, but c'mon all you motorheads and deadbeat stoners! give us a break. Tabs should be simple, take up less than one page if possible, and avoid all this crazy bullshit like listing the order of the riffs and having a seperate riff for a variation, when it'd be much easier to just write seperate endings for one riff. If you can count to 4, or whatever the bpm is, you can do endings, so stop being a pussy and do it.

the bass guitar section - what can I say? there's not much now, but some day I'll get around to putting more tab up here, especially my own interpretations of Nirvana, System of a Down, Metallica, etc. etc...
lookin' for RATM bass tab? look no further than my Tim Commerford tribute page. this guy was the one who inspired me to learn the bass guitar, so i made this page all about him and the bass parts to rage songs.
